Suzanne Wainwright-Evans is a horticultural entomologist specializing in integrated pest management, biological control, and sustainable pest management strategies. With more than 30 years of experience working with cannabis, ornamentals, vegetables, and CEA systems, Suzanne is internationally recognized for her practical, science-based approach to IPM and biological controls through her company, Buglady Consulting.

Bryant Mason specializes in organic soil and crop mineral nutrition, taking a highly data-driven approach to identifying the hidden bottlenecks that impact crop quality, yield, and plant health. With more than 11 years of experience in soil and crop health and 5 years focused on consulting, Bryant works extensively with soil testing, plant sap analysis, and soil solution modeling to help growers gain greater control over crop performance through nutrition.

Nicole Gauthier is a Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Plant Pathology at the University of Kentucky, where she focuses on disease management of specialty crops, including hemp. Since beginning her hemp research in 2014, Dr. Gauthier has become a leading voice in hemp pathology, with expertise in disease identification, integrated pest management, and emerging pathogens affecting commercial production. Through her research, extension programs, publications, and educational outreach, she helps growers better understand plant disease systems and develop practical, science-based strategies for managing crop health and reducing disease pressure.

Nadia Sabeh is the President and Founder of Dr. Greenhouse, an engineering firm specializing in HVAC and environmental control systems for indoor cultivation and greenhouse facilities. With more than 20 years helping growers optimize cultivation environments, she has consulted on more than 150 cultivation projects worldwide, combining engineering expertise with practical solutions for modern agriculture.
